About the role

You'll own pipeline development for AI automation and custom software engagements — partnering with architects and delivery leads on qualified opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities in target accounts
  • Run discovery calls and coordinate technical deep-dives
  • Build proposals and SOWs with delivery and finance teams
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Represent Spectrum at industry events and partner networks

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in B2B technology services or SaaS sales
  • Experience selling custom software or professional services
  • Consultative selling style with technical fluency
  • Proven quota attainment in enterprise accounts
